Serena van der Woodsen, no one can ever call you selfless or thoughtless again. You saw that your ex-best friend wanted to be with the guy you thought was the love of your life, and you didn’t throw a tantrum. You didn’t throw the many men Blair has been dicking around all year in her face or call her all sorts of misogynistic terms. You didn’t even tell her you couldn’t be her friend anymore. You have grown so much from the girl who ran away from Manhattan for 6 months over a drunken one-night stand and a fake-murder-sex-tape. You’ve become a driven woman with ambitions, who stands up for what she believes in and lets the people she loves go when they need her to. And one day, you are going to find someone who loves everything about you, all the sunlight and warmth and strength inside of you, and isn’t just using you to achieve some other ends.
